CareSource opened its first office in Oklahoma City in 1996 and its Broken Arrow location in the summer of 2003. With 2 locations in large cities, we can reach more people with more healthcare options and choices in home medical equipment. We work one-on-one with customers in our stores and through delivery, and with long-term care and assisted living centers. Our line of products we offer has expanded over the years to include an extensive selection of wheelchairs, lift chairs, mattress sleep systems, hospital beds, scooters, CPAP and oxygen equipment and more.
